2. Protein Separation

Sample Preparation: Human Serum was digested overnight with trypsin after reduction and alkylation with TCEP and IAA. Sample was then diluted 1:10 for analysis on a Thermo Scientific TSQ mass spectrometer

4. LC-MRM Screening

Peptides screening: Peptides and transitions for analysis were selected from previous LC-MS/MS experiments. The results were screened for those with the highest specificity and the most intense transitions.
