Description: Internal standard was diluted from 50 fmol to 100 amol injection concentrations and was found to be sensitive down to 0.1 fmol
Experiment Description: Control urine was processed via ultrafiltration according to Moffitt Proteomics protocol and subjected to in-solution digestion with trypsin, following thermal denaturation, reduction, and alkylation. The sample was then analyzed on a Thermo Scientific TSQ mass spectrometer. Sample was analyzed concurrently with internal standard
